After trying many different eating habits since losing my weight with the HCG Diet I am now working out that my body hates 99% of starchy foods due to my Hormone and Insulin problems. So I am adopting a high fat (good fats) diet with loads of salad and non starchy veggies which I was kind of already doing but adding in small amounts of starch like pumpkin and sweet potato etc. I am now cutting most of that out to with just some low sugar fruits like berries. I think this way of eating would benefit most of us especially those of us that are inactive due to overwork and lack of time or inclination. Obviously as the post heading suggests we are all different and need to find what works for us.
