Japanese Style Beef Soup



Cooked in the Thermomix but obviously you can cook in a pot

1 clove of garlic
1 birds eye chilli with seeds
Chop on Highest speed for 2 seconds
Scrape sides and repeat if you want too.

Add
2 small punnets of sliced fresh shitake mushrooms
4 pieces of dried porcini mushroom
4 shallots sliced
1 Tbs vege stock paste
2 sachets of Spiral Kombu Shitaki Dashi
2 tsp mushroom flavoured Soy

Reverse stir on highest heat for 10m
Add
1 thinly sliced scotch fillet to the hot stock which is enough to cook it.
1 Tbs Dark Miso Paste(I made my own🎺) mixed into a little cold water.
2 Tsp Sesame Oil

Serve soup over some rice or add some noodles of choice or just have as a tastey light meal like me 😋
