Ingredients
1 Bunch each of Basil, Parsley, Mint, Coriander
2 Avocados
1/8-1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
30gm Sunflower Seeds
30gm Pepita’s
30gm Almonds
2-3 Minced Garlic Cloves
1\2 Tsp Salt (Sea or Himilayan)
1/4 Cup mixed good oils (Olive, Flax, Avocado)
Method
Chop Herbs into smallish pieces
Add all ingredients to a blender and wizz till smooth adding water till desired texture is achieved
Use as a Pasta Sauce or add to grilled Fish, Chicken, Steak, Turkey etc, or as a Salad Dressing
I like to add to my Vegie Soup.
You could just use Basil and add some Pine Nuts for a nice twist or any other herb, nut or seed that tickles your fancy.

Makes Several Serves unless using as a Pasta Sauce it can be divided into 100gm Serves as a sauce or last minute add in to soup
