Salsa Dip


Ingredients

1 Cup of Quark (Fermented Cream Cheese)

1/4-1/2 Cup of Salsa

* Alternatively you can get Greek Yogurt and leave it to strain in a cheese cloth or a fresh chux over a basin in the fridge over night and it will produce a similar product, as the whey is removed it forms a thick cream cheese texture it is Yoghurt Cheese called Labneh.

* Quark is found in the cottage cheese area of the fridge

Method

Mix together to your taste

Quantities are a rough guide as I haven’t actually tried it out yet
