Ingredients
1/2 Cup each of:
Sunflower Seeds
Pepita’s
1 Cup each of:
Whole Almond
Brazil Nut
Pecan
Macadamia
500gm Shredded Coconut
2 Cups Psyllium Husk
1 Cup each of:
Mixed Chia Seeds
Flax Seeds
Currents, Raisons or Sultanas
Method
Toast the Sunflower and Pepitas slightly on the stove top till just starting to pop
Put Nuts in a food processor and blitz to desired texture then toast on the stove top till smelling nice and toasted
Toast the Coconut on stove top stirring constantly (separately from the other ingredients as it is finer and will burn quickly)
Once Cooled toss all the ingredients together
Very filling you only need 40-60gm with 100-150gm Yoghurt
Serve with Greek Yoghurt (Full Fat) either plain or add a little Vanilla and Stevia or Maple Syrup to sweeten (go easy on the sugary syrups as they are high in Fructose)
Note: A High Protein, High Fat (good fat), Low GI Breakfast will stop you from wanting to snack on Milky Lattes, highly processed and Trans fatty snacks mid morning. Just grab an apple instead š
