Pro-biotics



Once you have started eating the correct balance of acid and alkaline foods to give your body the correct PH level the single most important thing you can do for yourself is to start taking pro-biotics like Inner Health Plus, Yogurt, Kefir, Fermented Vegetables and Drinks like Kombucha. By doing this your good bacteria will help diminish any bad bacteria and let your body heal and be healthy, it will help your body absorb vitamins and nutrients and help reduce inflammation in Arthritis sufferers and help with seasonal colds, allergies, infections, pretty much all those nasty little critters lurking and waiting to attack

    1. Will do lovely. I need to update my Blog with my new stuff too. Most of it I put on Facebook anyway. I’ve been so busy it’s hard to find the time to do both
