So it’s been quite some time since my last post. I have recently had a Gastric Sleeve and for the 1st 2 weeks I have to have a liquid diet so needless to say you need to get nutrients into you somehow and a variety of different ways so you don’t tire of the same thing. So here goes my beautiful Tomato Soup
2 Onions Diced
8 Celery Stalks Diced
2 Pkts Celebrate Life Organic Chicken Stock
1 Jar Organic Tomato Passata
Salt & Pepper to taste
Herbs to taste
*Sweat off the onion and celery in a large pot
*Add chicken stock and bring to a boil then simmer till veggies are cooked
*Add in Tomato Passata, Herbs of your choice and bring back to the simmer for a few minutes and then it’s done
*Leave as is or Purée
**Variation add Bacon when sweating Veggies
