3 Cups Almond Meal
1 230gm Pkt Almond flakes toasted on the stove
1 Scoop Boomers Whey Protein Isolate(optional, could use a half a cup of Milk Powder instead)
1 Cup Mixed Fruit (with orange Peel)(Washed and excess water removed)
5 Medjool Dates
1 Tsp Mixed Spice
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
3 Tbs Brandy
1. Add all dry ingredients to a food processor and blend, then add the Fruit, Nuts and Brandy and blend.
• If mixture is too dry add a Tbs at a time of water, if too wet add a little more Almond flour till the consistency is how you like it. It will all depend on the dryness of your Almond Meal.
2. Roll into small balls and refrigerate
This Recipe will be re worked a little when I make the next batch as I think it could use extra mixed fruit, no dates, extra spice and another Tbs of Brandy.
