1 Lge Onion
1L Chicken or Vegie Stock (Msg free health food aisle)
1/2 Cup Chives
Place Cauliflower, Onion and Stock in a Pressure Cooker once it starts steaming cook for 15min. Once pressure is released put in a blender and puree till smooth.
Add cracked Black Pepper to taste and serve with chives
