Chocolate Mousse



Ingredients
4 Lrg-5 Sml Avocados
100gm Raw Cacao Powder
2 scoops (50gm) Vanilla Whey Powder (optional)
1/2 cup Stevia dissolved in a little hot water
Juice of half a lemon
100gm Melted Coconut Oil

Method
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blitz till silky smooth and chill. (Also nice when put in the freezer for a few hours)

Serve with Mixed Berries or a Sugarless Berry Compote and Sweetened Greek Vanilla Yoghurt (Home made with Stevia instead of Sugar.

* Could also be used as a cake topping.

* Mix with Yoghurt and use as the cream in between 2 layers of cake

* Lighten with 3 or 4 whipped egg whites if you don’t want it as heavy.

Serves 6-8 (Very Rich)
