Cacao, Coconut and Chia Pudding


Sugar or Maple Syrup to taste around 1/8 cup

4 Tbs Raw Cacao

1/4-1/2 Cup Hot Filtered Water
1/4 Cup of Mixed Chia Seeds
2 Small Tins of Ayam Coconut Milk (Blue Tins)
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds (Optional)

*Mix the Natvia, Cacao and Water together till dissolved then add the Chia seeds and stir them in thoroughly
*Add in the Coconut Milk and stir till completely mixed. (Add the Sunflower Seeds at this point if you wish)
*Let it sit for a few hours till it thickens (Chia seeds will swell causing it to thicken)
*Place in the Fridge till it is
Completely Cold.
